I had an incredible stay at this hotel in the Senggigi area. The location was perfect, right on the beachfront, allowing me to enjoy stunning views from my room. The staff were like family, extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, more like suites, providing me with a home away from home experience. The breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a lovely pool and bar, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Our Christmas getaway had some great aspects worth mentioning. we were delighted with the delicious breakfast served every morning with a good variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was excellent as it was situated near the beach and local restaurants that offered great food at affordable prices. Lastly, we enjoyed the stunning view of the sunset from the balcony of our room, making our evenings very memorable.

Despite the positive aspects, there were some negatives to our stay. the room we stayed in was quite old and outdated and the bathroom amenities were worn out and not functioning properly.

The pool area was a highlight of our weekend, with crystal clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. we appreciated the comfortable bed and the friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with all our needs.
